Our Christmas holidays were great! The hotel was perfectly located near the beautiful mountains and there were plenty of markets around to buy food and drink. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. The room was cosy and had a modern style, making us feel right at home. Plus, the pool area was great for the kids to enjoy.

That the room was missing some basic facilities, like cooking utensils and clothes hangers. , the cleaning service was every four days, which is not what we are used to.

Good Location, Affordable, Comfortable Bed This city hotel had a great location that was close to many shops and restaurants. It was also affordable compared to other hotels in the area. the bed was comfortable and provided a decent night's sleep. Wi-Fi was also available to use throughout the hotel.

Poor Amenities, Unreliable Service, Dirty Room Unfortunately, the amenities were pretty poor and lacking. the TV channels were limited and the internet connection was spotty at best.

Cooperative staff, especially Mr. Bilal. Helpful and nice. Kids enjoyed the pool. Good location, easy access to taxis and shops. Clean and modern apartment. Beautiful mountain view.
